An afternoon in Leiden part 2

An afternoon in Leiden part 2

In my last post I wrote; the next post “documentary” photo impression is about the inner city on the way back to the car and will follow soon:)  take your steps 🙂

Resizing the photo’s to upload them faster for my blog today I started to think how to write the next story. After we left the Burcht we went to the right and at the crossroad once again to the right following the sound of an inner city life. Coming near the centre and ancient town hall unfortunately some views could not be photographed , without seeing the disturbing view of lorries and people dismantling stands of a market, if your goal is to show architectural beauty of ancient building. My first photo of the inner city I shoot is where in my opinion I did not see the disturbing elements destroying the composition. From there I think the walk was a thousand meter stop and go for the photo’s. We bridges over “clearer” water (remembered me of an old song title with troubled water) seeing the infarct of the Dutch towns, everywhere bicycles. A cold wind and time pressure to avoid traffic-jams on our way back forced us to go more quickly which is always hard to combine if you like to photograph moments to share 🙂 Here on my way to the car some last shots, near the neighbourhood I spend some “historic” moments of my personal time-line long time ago. Enjoy these impressions of my quick photo-moments in images. Unfortunately this post had a delay of too many weeks.
